A primary barrier to successful workforce productivity in the life sciences industry is a lack of knowledge when it comes to both business AND science. If an individual’s background is in science, there’s a good chance they lack business acumen AND if in business, they tend to lack know-how about science basics. The Life Science Immersion Program features courses that integrate real world instruction in both life sciences and business by providing easy to navigate courses, video clips from practitioners and thought leaders, as well as practical examples.
